This petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.253 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and for the offences under sections 500 and 501 [b] of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.253 of 2018 has already been disposed of by dismissing the complaint.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
