ORDER
This petition has been filed for Speedy Disposal of the suit in OS.No.43/2017 on the file of District Judge, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District.
2. Pursuant to my order dated 13.06.2025, the learned Principal District Judge has forwarded a report in D.No.2611/2025, dated 27.06.2025, to the Registry of this Court requesting time for nine months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.43 of 2017 pending on its file.
3. I have gone through the report and also I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
5. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2017, the present Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned District Judge, Udhagamandalam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.43/2017, on merits, by 28.02.2026. No costs.
