This court already dismissed the above civil revision petition.

While dismissing the civil revision petition on 27.01.2021, this Court did not fix any stipulated time for payment of arrears of rent.

Therefore, the extension of time for paying the arrears of rent does not arise.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioners are always at liberty to seek appropriate relief before the court below.
