The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 04.04.2016, wherein he has made certain allegations against the respondents 4 and 5, with regard to the procurement of Milk from the petitioner.

2.Since this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, no notice to the respondents 4 and 5 and no adverse order is being passed, by this Court.
