O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court made in C.R.P.(NPD)No.797 of 2010, dated 27.11.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the first respondent / tenant has already handed over the possession to the petitioner / landlord and also paid the entire arrears of rent.

3. Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that his client undertakes to withdraw the suit filed against the landlord in O.S.No.14 of 2015, pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Namakkal.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
