This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register a case and investigate the matter and file a final report based on the complaint dated 24.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Further, even the complaint does not disclose the alleged documents that has been forged by the opposite party and the date of offence. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
