ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 406 & 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.08 of 2021, on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein alleged to have cheated the defacto complainant promising job in Japan. Earlier, this Court considering the fact has granted anticipatory bail on condition, the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.4 Lakhs. The petitioners have not complied the condition and has filed the present petition for anticipatory bail. Again, this Court is not inclined to entertain this sought of petition where in spite of granting anticipatory bail on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition without complying the condition, filing a fresh anticipatory bail before this Court after change in roster. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
