C.M.P.No.8520 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 251 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement. C.M.P.No.8531 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement. C.M.P.No.8534 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent as respondents 5 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.
2. Mr.R.Samratt, learned counsel entered appearance for the 6th respondent and has no objection for the above petitions being ordered. The learned counsel would submit that, apart from the proposed respondents, there are no other legal heirs for the deceased Ammavasaiappan.
3.Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 06.12.2022.
