The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize calculate and pay his period of absence from 23.08.2010 to 11.12.2020 as period of service for purpose of terminal benefits and pension. 2.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents have to verify records and if the petitioner give any representation they may consider the same. 3.While looking at the typed set of papers, the petitioner had given representation on 16.03.2016, however, since there is long lapse of time, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to give fresh representation to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
