A.No.2349 of 2024 in TOS.No.52 of 2016 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to extend the time limit for the petitioner herein in executing security bond as per the judgment and decree dated 24.11.2023 made in TOS.No.52 of 2016 by a further period of one month.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the respondent has no objection, this application is allowed and the time is extended till 30.06.2024 to execute the security bond.
