If at all the claim for conducting secret ballot election still exists, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the concerned authority, who in turn shall consider the same on its own merit and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
