ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.26201 of 2015, by order dated 20.11.2015, directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2009 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months and further, the Superintendent of Police, Vellore District, was directed to supervise the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation of the respondent.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2015 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
