Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in its petitioner GPD No.6540369 dated 31.01.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to act in the legal manner. ORDER

Challenge has been made to the notice issued by the Tahsildar for appearance of the petitioner in respect of the application given by one Veerammal to survey the land.

2. On perusal of the entire notice, it would indicate that the writ petitioner has been directed to appear before the Tahsildar in pursuant to the application given by one Veerammal for survey of the land.

3. Such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to establish that he is the owner of the property by producing necessary documents. Hence, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned notice.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
