ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2024 for the allotment of a residential house to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Urban Development Board scheme.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and perusing the material records of the case, it can be seen that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of W.P. No. 7596 of 2021, for the very same prayer of considering the petitioner's representation with a similar request. The said writ petition was dismissed by the Court by order dated 06.02.2021. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that certain facts were erroneously mentioned earlier.
3. If that be the case, the respondents themselves cannot reconsider the representation, as there are positive findings entered in the order passed in the 2/4
writ petition. However, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to approach the Court by way of lawful recourse in respect of the order in W.P. No.7596 of 2021, this writ petition cannot be entertained and as such, the writ petition disposed of. No costs.
