This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.10.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta pursuant to the proceedings of the 3 rd respondent dated 18.01.2023.

Heard M/s.I.Kowser Nissar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the proceedings of the 3 rd respondent dated 18.01.2023, there

shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.10.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 4 and 5 and final orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
