ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 30.3.2015 and register a case, investigate the matter and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.03.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
