PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the petition dated 09.04.2022.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the petition dated 09.04.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Thanishka, a case in Crime No.203 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 420 of IPC by the second respondent. He would further submit that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
