The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the first respondent and the second respondent are died and Award has also been passed on 12.01.2017.

2. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as against the Legal Representatives of the deceased respondents, before the appropriate forum.

3. With the above observations, this application is closed. No costs.
