This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.32/N1.3/2006 dated 13.01.2015, and quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents to give posting to the petitioner as Audio Matician in any hospital in Villupuram District or in any other District either in the Medical services or Medical education Wing pursuant to the order in Na.Ka.No.32/N1.1/06 dated 04.10.2007 of the 4th respondent with all consequential benefits.
