ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.4.2025 for allotment of tenement in the pattinapakkam, scheme

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to fishermen community, she has no house in her name. Hence, she submitted representation for allotment of tenement in the Pattinappakkam Scheme on 25.04.2025 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 25.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
