Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by Muthukumar, the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18346 of 2015 and the complaint given by Rajendran, petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16646 of 2015 for similar offence, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.301 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294 (b), 420 and 506(ii) IPC.
