ORDER
This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 02.4.2025 for allotment of a tenement in Pattinapakkam Scheme.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents.
3. The petitioner claims to be a fisherman and seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation for allotment of a tenement in the Pattinapakkam Scheme. Even in the year 2023, she gave consent for payment of the beneficiary's share if the tenement is allotted.
In this regard, she sent several representations to various Authorities. However, it did not evoke any response. Hence the writ petition.
4. The said representation dated 02.4.2025 has been sent to the first respondent. However, the appropriate Authority is the second respondent.
5. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the second respondent with a copy of the said representation dated 02.4.2025 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs.
