ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2014 as per the first respondent's proceedings made in O.Mu.No.78556/Se1/3/2014, dated 18.12.2014, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the leave period between 17.03.2011 and 06.06.2011 for about 82 days has not yet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been regularized. In this regard, she had already made a representation dated 09.12.2014 to the first respondent to regularize the leave period. The first respondent had issued a proceedings in O.Mu.No.78556/Sel1/3/2014, dated 18.12.2014 to the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner for regularization of the leave period. In these circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of her representation dated 09.12.2014.
3. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
4. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, pursuant to the proceedings of the first respondent made in O.Mu.No.78556/che1/3/2014, dated 18.12.2014 relating to regularization of the leave period of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
