rd This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3 respondent herein to settle the entire amount such as Monthly Saving Deposits, Share Capital, Dividend, Interest, etc., which were deducted from the salary of the rd respondent, petitioner and credited to his Membership Account maintained by the 3 to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 10.01.2025 and pass.
2. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 produced written instruction of second respondent dated 17.02.2025 and submitted that a sum of Rs.2,80,393/- towards saving deposits, share capital, dividend, interest etc., payable to the petitioner will be settled by the second
respondent on or before 30.06.2025.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and on perusal of the written instruction dated 17.02.2025, the second respondent is directed to settle the aforesaid amount to the petitioner on or before 30.06.2025.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
5. Post this matter on 07.07.2025 under the caption "For reporting compliance".
