O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner is in possession of the land in Survey No.256/1 and she is continuously paying the B.memo charges. Earlier, the land was reclassified as Natham land. The grievance of the petitioner is that she sent a representation to the respondents for grant of patta to her, but so far no orders have been passed, hence she filed the present writ petition.

2. Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a widow and she is in possession of the said land for more than 40 years continuously and paying B.memo charges. Her application for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta is pending with the respondents for more than two years and no order has been passed by the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
