This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3319 of 2024 on 19.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four months.
