This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.304 of 2024 registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing

for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram on 14.03.2025 and the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
