This petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's name as Sabareeswaran instead of Sabarisan in Crl.O.P.No.2322 of 2026 order dated 03.02.2026.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since the petition has been pending before this Court, the petitioner is granted two weeks' time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
