Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to survey the petitioner land in S.No.185/2A, Dasiripalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District and lay boundary stone based on application dated 26.02.2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to survey the petitioner land in S.No.185/2A, Dasiripalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District and lay boundary stone based on application dated 26.02.2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the aforesaid property, vide registered sale deed in Doc.No.973/2019 dated 06.05.2019, on the file of Sub-Registrar Office, Veppanapalli, to an extent of 2 acres 88 cents. It is stated that the Patta was also issued by the competent authority in the name of the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid property.

While so, the petitioner has made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation/application dated 26.02.2021 before the first respondent, seeking to survey his aforesaid property by fixing boundaries and the petitioner has paid the necessary charges to survey the said property. As the said representation made by the petitioner has evoked no response from the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court, issues direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for said order being passed.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
