ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction not to detained the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this length of time and virtually the relief has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court, and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
