ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned order dated 15.03.2023, passed by the respondent and direct the respondent to collect the principle amount of loan within five months in four installments after waiving the interest. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that he had already paid 50% of the arrears and undertakes to pay the balance in four installments. 3.In the earlier occasion, this Court, prima facie considered that the writ is not entertainable by this Court. However, having been allowed to stay on the docket of this Court, this Court required the petitioner to approach the respondent / Bank to arrive at a working formula to help the Court to give a quietus to this petition. 4.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the balance loan amount, and he has also come to negotiate with 2/4

the banker on interest.

5.In view of the same, this Court merely directs the petitioner to approach the bank and negotiate with the banker.

6.For the present, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
