This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to appoint an Enquiry Officer to take action, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2 submitted that in the present case, the enquiry was conducted in CSR No.115 of 2025 and the same was closed.
