ORDER

The Official Assignee has applied for permission to declare the first dividend at the rate of 0.46 paise to a rupee for a sum of Rs.2,87,565/- in respect of the one proved unsecured creditor, namely, T.Krishnamurthy.

2. In support of this application, report dated 04.03.2026 has been filed. In such report, it is stated that the claim was admitted in a sum of Rs.6,25,142/-. It is also stated that the total receipt as on date from the estate is a sum of Rs.3,01,500/-. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.
