ORDER

Learned counsel for petitioner would also submit that this Court vide order dated 08.07.2024 had directed the Housing Board to pay the admitted amount and directed the matter to be listed on 16.07.2024, however, payment was not made. Thereafter, the respondents have submitted that a sum of Rs.4,39,194/- is due to them and they have paid in excess. The same was recorded by this Court on 07.08.2024.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner would further submit that the above sum has been arrived at on the basis of an erroneous calculation and sought time to submit his own calculation. He would further submit that they would submit an amended calculation memo by today and serve the same on the Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

3. Standing Counsel appearing for Tamil Nadu Housing Board would submit that they would make payment by 26.08.2025 on the basis of calculation and on verification.

4. Post the matter on 26.08.2025, finally.
