O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 04.09.2014 made in I.A.No.182 of 2014, under Order XI Rules 1 and 2 and Section 151 of C.P.C for a direction to the respondent to

answer all the interrogatories. He submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the H.M.O.P.No.274 of 2014 itself was dismissed for default and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed C.M.A.No.1516 of 2016 against the order of dismissal in H.M.O.P.No.274 of 2014.

3.Recording the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application to restore the Civil Revision Petition if the H.M.O.P is restored. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
