ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420 in Crime No.not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent/Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are mortgagor and mortgage respectively and the petitioners have pledged their property with the defacto complainant and obtained loan. Thereafter, failed to re-pay the loan. Hence, the complaint was registered.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the fact remains that till date no crime has been registered against the petitioners and the present petition is misconceived.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate that no crime has been registered against the petitioners, the present petition is misconceived.
