ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of STC.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thiruthuraipoondi, within a period of three weeks. On such deposit being made, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the trial Court" in Crl.MP.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order in Crl.MP.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025 requires modification to the effect that the amount already deposited before the trial Court over and above mentioned in that order is to be permitted to withdraw by the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. On perusal of the order of this Court in Crl.MP.No.19848 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2142 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025, it is seen that this Court had already permitted the respondent to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited pursuant to the said order. Therefore, the question of modification of the condition does not arise.
