O.P.NO.158 OF 2014 This Original Petitioner praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to that Letters of Administration with will annexed may be granted to them as son-in-law and grandsons under the will to have effect throughout the State of Tamilnadu may be granted to them.

These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Seeking extension of time to execute the bond as ordered by this Court on 09.12.2016 in O.P.No.158 of 2014, the present application has been filed.

2.Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to communication gap between the applicants and their counsel, bond, as directed by this Court, could not be executed. Hence the applicants seek two more weeks time to execute the bond.

3.Considering the submissions made, the time granted on 09.12.2016 is extended for a period of two weeks from today. This application is ordered accordingly.
