ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2023 wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of the names of respondents 4 and 5 from the revenue records and to cancel the patta issued in their favour. 2.

Heard Mr.M.Elango,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court

and considering the fact that the representation is pending before the 2nd respondent from the year 2023 onwards, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law based on the representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2023, after affording an opportunity to respondents 4 and 5, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
