ORDER

The petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in Crime No.73 of 2024 for the alleged offence punsihable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) & 109 IPC r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after enquiry, the complaint has been closed as "mistake of fact" in R.C.S.No.23 of 2024 and therefore, there is no need to apprehend the arrest.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
