ORDER

This Court, by order dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.16119 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2016, by

affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to all the necessary parties, if anym and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks. 2.Now, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition, alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the 2nd respondent has issued proceedings vide., ef/vg;-33-2016. dated 11.07.2017, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent, if he is so advised, in the manner known law.
