The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent, based on the representations dated 01.05.2020 and 04.05.2020 given by the petitioner to the respondents 2 and 3 respectively.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is the elected member of Ward No.7, Kuppanur Panchayat in the elections conducted to the local body in the month of December 2019. Further, it is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is interfering with her official duties and further she has given a complaint to the official respondents to take action against the 4th respondent.
3.Mr.V.Kathirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the 2nd respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2020 and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law. Page 2 / 4
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader to the effect that the 2nd respondent would consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2020 and pass orders after conducting enquiry in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands closed. It is needless to say that the 2nd respondent shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
