ORDER

Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to include her name in the final list of candidates for consideration of the post of 676 vacancies of Lab Technician Grade - 3, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation dated 26.05.2015 is disposed of by the second respondent within a short period as the recruitment is to take place.
