HOLDER, K.M.RAMESH Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modified the condition imposed in Crl.MP.3506/2022 in Crl.RC.333/2022 Honble Court i.e the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- (Rupees four Lakhs eighty thousand only) before the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level Tiruppur and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in respect of his best efforts, the petitioners could not comply with the conditional order imposed by this Court, in time. Therefore, he prays for sometime and further submits that if two more weeks is granted, the petitioner will comply with the conditional order imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted and time is extended for two weeks from today.
3. It is made clear that even then within the extended time if the petitioner could not comply with the conditional order, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated and the matter will be proceeded further in accordance with law. -sd/- 10/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
