Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
