The first petitioner herein, who is the father of the history sheeter has approached this Court, alleging that the respondent police is 1/3

harassing him. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the respondent police is not harassing him, but, the whereabouts of the history sheeter are presently not known and for enquiring his whereabouts, they went to the residence of the petitioners.
