For Petitioner : Mr.V.Raghavachari For Respondent : No appearance COMMON ORDER When the Civil Revision Petitions were listed for hearing on 15.06.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of repeated letters written to the petitioner, the petitioner failed to turn up for giving instructions, hence, the learned counsel reported no instructions. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Registry was directed to send drafted notice to the petitioner returnable by 12.078.2016.

2. Pursuant to the orders of this court, Registry sent drafted notice to the petitioner, which was returned as unserved with an endorsement "no such person".

3. When the Civil Revision Petitions were listed for hearing today, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died two years ago and that the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner had not contacted him for giving any instructions.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
