This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19735 of in Crl.O.P.No.391 of 2024 on 20.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The petitioner is having 12 previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases, this Court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19735 of in Crl.O.P.No.391 of 2024 on 20.12.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month until the final report is filed.
