Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. 21851/2013/aa1 dated 01.05.2015 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 5368/2014/A1 dated 06.06.2014 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioners property of land and building admeasuring an extent of 0.0107 and 0.0202 sq.mts. situate in Natham S.No.26/2B1 Kaikolapalayam Village Vellanaipatti Panchayat Annur Taluk Coimbatore District.

ORDER
(Order of the Court is made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to the revisional jurisdiction as provided under provisions of law and an endorsement to that effect had also been made. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate revisional forum under provisions of law, if so advised.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant status quo for a period of three weeks enabling the petitioner to file a revision within a period of one week and thereafter, if an application is made for interim relief, the authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the same, within a period of next two weeks.

No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
