The petitioner has filed the present petition to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in CC.No.88 of 2017 dated 29.01.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of this appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Post the main case as per the seniority.
